Case Study 1: Commercial Sector - Central London - Medium sized business
We carried out a complete IT rebuild for a medium sized business moving from a centralised business structure to a new business entity. Not only did Switch2IT provide IT project management for the company's migration but we also provided Blackberry and IPhone integration so that team members could work effectively while on the move.
Case Study 2: Business Intelligence Sector - Outer London - Medium sized business
When this medium sized business intelligence company requested help with their website design and development Switch2IT were on the case straightaway. We provided a corporate website upgrade consisting of a web design refresh with Flash functionality and an easy to use Content Management System, allowing them to upload business news and promotional literature as and when they needed.
Case Study 3: Construction Sector - South East - Medium sized business
This construction firm required a secure offsite backup. It was very important that they knew who had access to their data when it was backed up offsite and how it was identifiable offsite. We took care of the whole process by coordinating an ongoing off-site back up strategy where data was stored at and a highly secure, high-tech data centre. This provided peace of mind that their data was in safe hands.
Case Study 4: Property Sector - South East - Small business
We helped this client who required a new set-up as a fast growth business. They looked into the latest “Cloud” option and it was clear that this was the most expensive and less secure option as they were not aware who would have access to their data. Switch2IT provided a complete business set-up service, providing both security and value for money within their business. This gave them the best of both worlds with a private “Cloud” option which they controlled and secured.
Case Study 5: Construction Sector - Outer London - Medium Sized business
Switch2IT created a new online presence by providing branding and website development for a medium sized construction company's business intelligence system.
Case Study 6: Bioanalytical Sector - UK Wide
We were tasked with a business integration project, incorporating the IT project management and review of an existing IT infrastructure. As part of this we recommended and implemented a completely new infrastructure and integrated several acquisitions into one to deliver business intelligence reporting to the management board.
Case Study 7: Food & Retail Sector - South East - Large business
We were tasked with producing a review of this organisations hardware and investigating the options around virtualising the environment. As part of this we recommended two possible solutions and demonstrated in our report the benefits and costs to the business so they could make a strategic decision on moving forward.
